Originally constructed in 2021, by us for other builder, this residence was later entrusted to our team for a comprehensive architectural renewal. What began as a foundational structure evolved into a fully curated private estate through a complete renovation, and lower-level (Walk-out-basement) redesign and the creation of an expansive three-story outdoor living environment tailored to the home’s scale and wooded natural setting.
