Jorge is a graduated and licensed architect from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, recognized as the top university in the country, top 7 in Latinamerica, ranked among the top 400 globally. With over 25 years of experience in architecture and construction, he has designed and managed a wide range of high-end residential projects, including several custom homes throughout the Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Having collaborated with other builders early in his career, Jorge ultimately chose to lead his own projects to ensure every home is delivered on time, within budget, and with the signature quality of JD + A. His hands-on approach guarantees a personalized experience and a final product that reflects both his expertise and commitment to excellence.

Jorge is an International Associate to the American Institute of Architects, AIA, a Class A DPOR Builder, a licenced Responsible Land Disturber RLD, and an OSHA-Certified Field Safety Consultant, further reinforcing his dedication to high standards in design, safety, and construction practices.

Sandra is a seasoned Systems Engineer with a specialization in Business Administration who has been working in the construction industry since 2006. She brings a strong foundation in subcontractor coordination, accounts payable and receivable management, and construction accounting.

From 2006 to 2015, she focused on high-rise developments, refining her expertise in financial operations and contractor oversight. In 2015, Sandra transitioned into the residential sector, specializing in the construction of luxury homes. Since then, she has managed all aspects of material procurement and purchasing, while working closely with clients to bring their vision to life—guiding them through their wish lists and ensuring a smooth, personalized building experience.

Sandra is driven, detail-oriented, and highly client-focused. She bridges the gap between technical systems and real-world construction demands, consistently striving to deliver excellence from foundation to finish.
