From the first sketch, JD+A focused on understanding how the family lives, gathers, and experiences their home. At the heart of the vision is a residence designed to bring the family together, where indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally and every area serves a purpose.
The family room, open kitchen and breakfast nook form the social heart of the home, extending seamlessly toward the screened porch, pool terrace, pavilion, spa, and fire pit. Throughout the residence, natural light, thoughtful views, and carefully considered spaces create a home that evolves with the family and supports everyday life, entertaining, and quiet moments alike.
